Grab an apron, roll up your sleeves + let's eat across the globe as we explore new foods + tastes together. Using as much fresh produce as possible, guests will make all food from scratch. We may live in Iowa, but for four evenings, let's take a culinary cruise around the world + open our taste buds up to new experiences. No passport is needed for this special trip. Each workshoppe will run 2.5 hours, and a complimentary beverage is always included. - Sunday, June 4: Taste of Italy Risotto with spring veggies, lemon honey ricotta, bruschetta with homemade ricotta, and chocolate dipped coconut macaroons.- Sunday, July 9: Taste of AsiaSpring rolls + wontons with assorted dipping sauces, followed by a ramen demonstration.- Sunday, August 20: Taste of SpainPaella, gazpacho, and a mouth-watering appetizer using fresh tomatoes.- Sunday, September 10: Taste of the MediterraneanStuffed peppers, homemade flatbread, hummus, and tzatziki using fresh peppers + veggies.
