Mother's Day Spring Floral Design

Welcome to Mother's Day Spring Floral Design. Grab an apron and garden shears, and meet us in the Shoppe to begin this two-hour workshoppe. Guests will tour the farm and learn about the seasonal flowers, herbs and greenery growing in the gardens. Next, guests will harvest flowers of their choosing and head into The Shoppe to begin a styling + design lesson. Guests will be encouraged to use creativity to create a stunning arrangement in a Rose Farm vessel with guided instruction. If you love fresh flowers in your home, love to host parties + celebrations, and want to learn tips + tricks for styling like a pro, this workshoppe is for you. All skill levels are welcome, and a complimentary beverage is included.

Erin Dougherty

Erin is a floral designer who comes to us from Northern California. She earned her certification in floral design from the New York Institute of Art + Design and has extensive experience in advanced floristry for weddings + special events. Prior to coming back to her Iowa roots, she was the owner of Larkspur Lavender Farm in California for nearly 10 years. Erin is also the Executive Administrator, and co-owner alongside her husband, of California-based Pancro Inc., a cinematography business with locations on the West Coast and Des Moines. Erin is passionate about gardening, home design, the outdoors, and most importantly, her family.
