Rosé (Still): Château de Trinquevedel, Tavel Rosé (2022)
Beautiful complexity, fine, fresh, fruity and elegant Tavel. Pale watermelon in color, wild strawberry, cherries, black peppercorn are abundant in this rosé. It has a nice fleshy texture on the palate, which crescendos in fruit intensity and minerality with enough aeration.
