Join us on Friday evenings this spring, summer, and fall for a five-course farm-to-table dinner that celebrates the best of Iowa’s growing seasons. Award-winning Chef Aaron Holt crafts each menu with locally sourced, sustainably grown ingredients—bringing vibrant, seasonal flavors straight to your plate.
Begin the night with a welcoming stroll around the farmstead, where the blooms are bright, the breeze is fresh, and new friendships come easy. In the summer and fall, settle in at a long table overlooking the flower gardens for the dreamiest golden-hour views in our Garden Pavilion. When the weather brings cooler temperatures, we’ll gather inside The Shoppe for a warm, cozy, beautifully set dinner that still feels close to the countryside.
Each month brings its own culinary magic:
• Easter—an elegant Chilean seabass entrée
• Mother’s Day—a comforting braised leg of lamb
• Father’s Day—a classic steak au poivre
• State Fair Week (August)—a playful, blue-ribbon menu with smoked turkey-leg meatballs on a stick, a hot beef sundae, and Peachy’s donuts with ice cream
Come for the flavor, stay for the company, and savor an evening where farm, food, and friends come together in the sweetest way.
