Pasta + Pesto

In this three-hour, hands-on culinary workshoppe, learn how to make up to five different types of pasta from scratch, including trofie, cavatelli, tagliatelle, farfalle, orecchiette. Guests will start with flour and fresh eggs collected from the friendly hens at the farm. Once the dough is prepared, it will rest and guests will head out to the beautiful gardens to pick fresh basil for pesto. After making fresh pesto, guests will try their hand at making a variety of shapes and sizes of pasta - by hand or using the roller. At the conclusion, enjoy a meal together and take home recipes to recreate the menu with family + friends. A complimentary beverage is also included. For guests 18 years and older.

Sue is passionate about teaching cooking classes and wants to inspire you to create food that's both sharable and delicious. Sue's passion for real food began in 2004 while working as a Brand Manager for a major processed food company. She began to critically evaluate the ingredients in the food she marketed.
