We are excited to welcome Chef Matt Linford to Rose Farm for our Fall Farm to Table Dinner. Born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa, Matt is a 23 year old chef + owner of an upcoming food truck called 2nd Ave Sandwich, which is set to officially launch in spring 2022. He has been in the industry for around 7 years now, + he graduated from the Iowa Culinary Institute in 2018. While in school, Matt had the opportunity to work under many great culinary minds.
Chef Matt came into contact with Chef Aaron Holt of Doolittle Farms, and as a result, he discovered a new passion for farm-to-table cooking and why it is so important to support local farms and businesses.
