Tailored toward children ages 5-11. We will be making miniature terrariums with house plants in a mason jar. Students will learn about the environment that plants need to grow and about the house plants that will be in their terrariums. We will also be making a garden soil snack cup to represent the different layers found in soil. The soil cup will be made out of crushed chocolate cookies, chocolate and butterscotch chips, chocolate pudding, green colored shredded coconut, and gummy worms. All supplies will be provided.
